The baby should be lying with the head turned to one side so that the liquid can easily flow away. Carefully place the nozzle into the upper nostril and press once briefly. Repeat with the other nostril. Afterwards, put the baby back in an upright position and clean baby’s nose with a handkerchief or wipe. Repeat once for each nostril 1 to 4 times a day.
